  • Many women look for a perimenopause or menopause-focused doctor who understands how hormone changes affect the whole body, including sleep, mood, metabolism, and digestion. Some are able to obtain this care from an OBGYN however many women may benefit from an integrative care model.

  • Even if your labs are "normal," symptoms like cycle changes, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, hot flashes and sleep issues can signal early perimenopause.

    Your symptom history and a detailed intake can help us pinpoint what’s happening and how best to support you.

  • Hormone Therapy can be very safe and effective when prescribed responsibly. That’s why my process includes careful screening, comprehensive intake, and ongoing monitoring.

    However, it’s not for everyone — certain health histories or medications may increase adverse health risks. We’ll help determine if it’s the right fit for you.

  • Yes! I offer telehealth appointments to all California residents. If you live elsewhere, I am unable to provide services at this time.

  • Yes, I can prescribe both standardized hormones from traditional pharmacies and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy from compounding pharmacies. We’ll discuss which is the best fit based on your needs.

  • Every body is different, but many women start to notice subtle shifts in energy, mood, or sleep within a few weeks. Full effects can take 8–12 weeks, with adjustments made as needed over time.

  • Not always. While lab testing can provide helpful data, your symptoms and health history play a big role in determining whether Hormone Therapy is appropriate.

    In some cases, I may recommend testing to better guide your treatment and assess relevant concerns about your health.

  • I do not accept insurance but offer flexible payment plans and accept HSA/FSA cards.

    Prescription hormones may be covered by insurance; however, I do not verify insurance coverage, and it is up to you to verify your personal policy coverage.

  • That’s okay, we have other options! If Hormone Therapy isn’t the right fit, we can explore nutritional, herbal, and lifestyle-based strategies to help you feel your best through perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause.
